The Marshall Family ~ Maryland Family Photographer

Hope that everyone had a great Thanksgiving!  We stayed local and went to a friend’s – the perfect low key Thanksgiving 🙂  Now that Thanksgiving is over I wanted to share with you the Marshall Family’s session.  The last time I met up with the Marshall family was when their twins were only 6 months old.  It was so much fun seeing how big they have gotten and their little personalities have developed.  This session I was also able to meet the whole family and we had such a great time playing in the leaves 🙂

The Evans Family ~ DC Family Photographer

Fall is hard to time in the DC area, so when I got an email from Hillary wanting some last minute Fall pictures I was nervous about what Fall color might be left.  We decided to give it a go and met up at the National Arboretum.  Thankfully there were still a handful of trees left and we used the best one!  Their little girl is the cutest and by the end of the session we were BFF’s  🙂  Enjoy!

The Judy Family ~ Virginia Family Photographer

I met up with Judy family on a brisk Fall afternoon for their family session.  Robyn wanted a very natural look for the images so we went with a field in northern Virginia and to top it off she brought their 11 week old puppy!  I am such a sap for puppies 🙂  We had such a great time adventuring through the field and woods and in the end their images are some of my favorites from this season.  Enjoy taking a look at our afternoon!

Pretty in Pink ~ Virginia Family Photographer

There was a hint of Fall in the air on the morning of Jessica & Michael’s family session at Burke Lake Park in Burke, Virginia.  There was more dew on the grass and the air had a touch of cool (it felt lovely!), but best of all the light was amazing.  Perfect morning to capture this time in their family.  Jessica and Michael have a precious 6 month old baby girl.  She is seriously the cutest and gave me lots of smiles 🙂  Enjoy a peak into our session!

Happy Birthday Malachi! ~ Virginia Family Photographer

This little boy is a miracle boy.  He was born at 31 weeks weighing 2.5 lbs and was in the hospital for months but he amazed everyone and thrived.  A week or so ago I had the privilege of helping celebrate his birthday by taking a few photos.  Enjoy!
