So while I wait on permission to blog mini-sessions (it was an amazing day!) I thought I would share more personal photos of my boys. I’m just going to warn you that you might see a ton of photos on the blog of them in the future 🙂 A month or so ago some friends came into town to help with the boys and stuff around the house (an amazing gift!!!!) and on one of those days I just needed out of the house. I LOVE Fall and was so bummed that I wasn’t going to get to drive to Charlottesville. I love that area of VA so much & in the Fall it is breathtaking, but I digress. One of my other favorite activities is going to an apple orchard & picking apples/sampling all of their goodies. Apples, cinnamon, pumpkin – seriously whats not to love 🙂 Anyways, one of the days our friends were here we loaded up the boys and went to Homestead Farm. Was so much fun & worth the DC rush hour traffic on the way back. I took a few photos while we were there that I thought I would share.

It was an overcast day but that meant there weren’t many people there so the boys weren’t exposed to everyone’s sick germs – preemie win 🙂

Growing up in Florida I always hated that when it was my birthday there were always pumpkins and gourds as the picture for October on the calendar. Looking back now it was because I had no idea of the joy Fall brought. In Florida it was still low 90s & we could still swim. Now knowing what Fall truly is it is by far my favorite season and I love pictures of gourds 🙂
At this point I was a sweaty mess from walking around and it was the boys feed time but I wanted one picture of us. I am having to learn to be okay with looking like I just ran a marathon in pictures, because well I kinda just did 🙂
and these clothes no longer fit the boys….growing like crazy!
