What a way to finish out my year! Naomi & Erik were my last official session of 2011 (of course that is minus babies since you can not control when they come 🙂 ). We had such a great time hiking around the Georgetown canal area to capture the Fall colors. This sweet couple will be married next July in NJ (side note – they are both from NJ but met here in DC…I love it when it happens like that:) ).

So at this point it was getting really dark, but I kept trying to get “just one more’ :). I looked around for light and saw that this stone wall had a patch of light and I am a sucker for texture so we darted across GW parkway (any of you who know where this is know that we are lucky we are all alive!) and got a few shots. It’s all about the adventure, right? 🙂
